From development and manufacturing through to product training, consistent quality management is a top priority at BionX™. Drawing on our experience and the involvement of partners and experts, we are continuously seeking ways to improve the quality of our products.
Tests
BionX™ products are not only subject to the legally required tests, but are also put through their own testing procedures. We are happy to share more information on the different test methods upon request.
Training
The BionX training program takes users through several steps based on their level of knowledge, and includes both theoretical and practical training. More information about our training program will be available soon.
Research & Development
BionX has 3 dedicated R&D centres dedicated to the advancement and development of our systems and products. Our international business network enables us to remain aware of, and then incorporate, the latest trends and innovations in mobility into our designs at an early stage.
Production
Thanks to our connections to the automotive industry, we have direct access to test facilities within the Magna Group. These facilities are known for stringent quality testing along the entire development and production process, including the system-interfaces. Customers can contact us through our service and tech centres in Aurora, Ontario/Canada and in Munich, Germany.
